 • That the craftsmen work in a comfortable environment with good light and air conditioning.
 • That there are strict safety procedures.
 • That training is provided and progress is possible within the company.
 • That care is taken with employee happiness and jobs are guaranteed.
 • That there is no child labour and a fair price is paid.
